When Pulpculture approached us, they had a premium product trapped in a legacy digital experience. Their existing platform was unable to support their growth ambitions, specifically lacking the capability to handle a sophisticated "Premium Membership" model that required automatic discounts and tiered delivery fees.

Furthermore, their digital presence did not reflect their high-end brand positioning. Cluttered interfaces, poor mobile performance, and operational inefficiencies in order fulfillment were stifling conversion rates and burdening their support team. They needed a transformation that would not only look beautiful but operationalize their unique business model at scale.

Agency partnered with Pulpculture to build a modern, scalable e-commerce ecosystem from the ground up. We moved away from monolithic platforms to a Headless Commerce architecture.

By decoupling the frontend experience from the backend logic, we gained total control over the customer journey. We designed a system that feels less like a standard store and more like a wellness app—fast, intuitive, and hyper-focused on the product.

We created a design system that embodies minimalist elegance. The goal was an "Invisible UI"—an interface that recedes to let the vibrant colors of the fresh juices take center stage.

We implemented a sophisticated "Clean Clinical" aesthetic using pure white backgrounds, rich black typography (Mona Sans), and generous whitespace. This gallery-like feel communicates trust and transparency. Crucially, we adopted a mobile-first approach. With 70% of traffic coming from mobile devices, we ensured that every touch target, filter drawer, and checkout flow was optimized for the thumb, resulting in a significantly smoother shopping experience.
